This is the perfect lineup for any party where dancing is the objective. Vocals, Guitar, Bass, Horns, Keys, Kit and Percussion, percussion, percussion! A must have for Corporate events, Sambalicious are great for getting the crowd moving and keeping them on the dancefloor.
Sambalicious are the house band at Australia's biggest and longest running Brazilian night, the Latin Quarter at the Deen Hotel, and are a n institution in Perth. They are are an all singing, all dancing party band, perfect lineup for events and tropically themed parties where you want your crowd to dance the night away.
The bands strength is in their ability to engage any audience and the obvious enjoyment which they get from performing. The repertoire is a mix of Brazilian tunes, brazilian versions of popular tunes and straight out party standards. The band plays a fine selection of the best music that Brazil has to offer, ranging from sultry Bossa Novas and Forrós to funky Brazilian Samba-rock and Reggae. Each song has been specifically designed to enhance your loving relationship with the dance floor!
A sun touched trio creating tropical grooves from your favourite tunes. Imagine Frank Sinatra on a Jamaican holiday, Marvin Gayes Rio love child, Ben Harper in Cuba... rare versions and new arrangements of classic hits as never heard before brought to you in the style of a live radio show by the talented musicians/entertainers from Sambalicious. Tune your dials to this half-baked Latin show dedicated to palm trees, cocktails, tropical delights, and bossa novas golden era... the summer of '69.
This three or four piece act is suitable as an opener, chilled occasions, soirees or as a restaurant / dinner music kind of thing. Repertoire is a mixed bag of english cover tunes transcribed into bossa-nova and samba, as well as some swinging samba tunes for those who like to get up and cut the rug.
DJ, percussion and horns, the Funk Bros will get you boppin and grooving along to funky breakbeats, old school classics and latin dance bombs. These guys are singing, dancing, jiffy party starters...
5 piece roving percussion act
Tight grooves and complex Brazilian rhythms brilliantly executed on traditional Carnival instruments by professional percussionists. The Batucada is a great head turner for breaking the ice at a party or attracting attention at your product launch.
We also have a wireless microphone setup available for this performance enabling the drums to come through the house sound system for a louder, bigger impact in large venues and clubs.
The drummers can also tie in with our Samba dancers for a huge impact!

Shows can be as a 20 minute feature show
or packaged in with our Brazilian stage show
